Alternative Medicine

Alternative Medicine is what we used to call treatments not traditionally taught in veterinary school. Some vets still embrace this label for themselves and may even reject conventional treatments. A more modern and inclusive way of thinking about “outside the box” strategies is embodied by Integrative Medicine.
