Dog Rescued From Icy Lake

Bob the dog fell into Steed Pond near Salt Lake City, Utah, and couldn’t get out due to the soft, crumbling ice. A brave firefighter suited up and went in to help him out. Bob, skeptical at first, rejoiced when dragged to safety.

Thanks to our first responders who take such good care of ALL our family members. And a reminder: bitter cold can freeze bodies of water, but the ice may crumble underneath even a dog’s or child’s weight.
