Veterinarians Question Guinness World Record Holder

Guinness is pausing its record titles for Oldest Dog Living and Oldest Dog Ever to investigate whether the current record holder, Bobi, was as old as his owner claims when he passed away in October 2023. Savvy veterinarians questioned the award, pointing out that Bobi’s paws were different colors in puppy photos as just one jarring piece of evidence. Whatever the outcome of the decision, Bobi seems to have won a dog’s version of the lottery: a happy life in Portugal with plenty of fresh air and outdoor exercise.
